To be honest, most of the time I just throw a bag of “steamers” vegetables in the microwave for a quick and easy side dish, but when I feel like mixing it up a bit with something a little more interesting, I give one of these recipes a try.

Sweet potatoes=super food. These aren’t quite as healthy/low calorie as a traditional baked potato, but much more fun to eat!
